Supper Club Menu for July 12th
Clam and bacon bisque with charred corn
and green tomatoes
Spicy watermelon salad with mint,
cilantro & spiced tequila dressing
Garlic-roasted rack of lamb with
summer bean and paprika pepper salsa
Canele with sweet and sour plum sauce
Recommended Wines: Pinot Grigio, Zinfandel,
CA Cabernet Sauvignon
Dinner begins promptly at 5:30 pm, and the price is $50 a person. All dishes are made from scratch, and the ingredients are organic and locally sourced. Bring your own wine. Seating is limited, and reservations are required. To purchase a seat please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will contact you for payment and directions. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated, just let us know when you make a reservation.
